Here are some self-massage techniques:
Hold your toes with one hand and your ankle with the other, then slowly rotate your foot, first in one way, then the other. That’s!
Push the heel with one hand and press the back of the foot (nail side) with the contrary in the reverse direction for about 15 seconds.
Keep your thumb and index finger in the Achilles tendon (just above the heel) and press the foot touching the toes with the other hand so that the heel pulled.
Keeping the foot on both sides with both hands, turn it to the side and then the other side several times.
